Lease between C.J. Smith (the authorized agent of Wollongong) and James Foley of Peterborough, for the lease of twenty acres of the Peterborough Estate, belonging to B. Darley and in the present occupation of James Foley.
Lease term seven years from the first of January 1851. Five years rent free and the remaining two years, at ten shillings per acre, per annum.
