Tom Wyatt was an Alderman on Shellharbour Municipal Council from 1956 to 1962, serving two terms. Tom assisted in the creation of local sports fields and sporting groups in the Warilla and Lake Illawarra areas. He also assisted with the establishment of the Church of England in Warilla.
