Theodore Grey married Ada Gordon and they farmed at Jerrara from 1910.

In 1924 they moved to 'The Meadows', at Albion Park.

Theodore Grey served with the NSW Lancers and the Light Horse during WWI.

They Grey's were well-known breeders of Jersey Cows, and Theo served as President of the Jersey Herd Society of NSW on two occasions.

Theo and Ada's son Keith Grey, served as Mayor of Shellharbour Municipal Council.
